binutils-cross_2.17.50.0.5.bb failed

I've seen mysterious errors with this version of binutils-cross when 
PARALLEL_MAKE > 1 (in local.conf). What I recommend is to delete your 'tmp' 
dir, comment out the PARALLEL_MAKE flag, then bitbake gcc. After that 
completes you can set the PARALLEL_MAKE flag to whatever you want and build 
the rest of the system.
