Relocating Toolchain

Ok, I'm building meta-toolchain recipe at the moment however I don't
know how it will be used. OTH, Codesourcery toolchain can be moved
around freely. Anyway, sticking with /usr/local is not a problem.

Actually C++ is the real pain for me, C programs can be compiled
without any problem but C++ ones can't.
