Hi, I am new to OE, When I try create a tool chain using the recipes I get
the errors as,

NOTE: Psyco JIT Compiler (http://psyco.sf.net) not available. Install it to
increase performance.
NOTE: Handling BitBake files: | (5857/5857) [100 %]
NOTE: Parsing finished. 5596 cached, 0 parsed, 261 skipped, 0 masked.
NOTE: build 200906081504: started

OE Build Configuration:
BB_VERSION        = "1.8.10"
METADATA_BRANCH   = "org.openembedded.dev"
METADATA_REVISION = "4ac14ced8bc6330634ea2b24a201a4f6a556ef24"
TARGET_ARCH       = "mipsel"
TARGET_OS         = "linux"
MACHINE           = "gmm"
DISTRO            = "gmm-linux"
DISTRO_VERSION    = "a12"
TARGET_FPU        = ""

ERROR: Nothing PROVIDES 'meta-toolchain-a12' (but '[]' DEPENDS on or
otherwise requires it)

May I know when do we get such errors? Also it is not resolving the
dependencies.
