I could be mistaken, but doesn't your netmask need to be the same on
both the host PC and device? I believe a netmask of 255.255.255.255 on
your host PC prevents it from contacting any other device on that
interface's network. Try changing the host PC's netmask to
255.255.255.0 and see if that helps. You may also have to look at your
routing table on the PC side to ensure it isn't routing your
192.168.0.* packets out your eth1 interface.
