Since gcc-flags-for-build.patch does not fit to gcc-4.2.4, I've
applied it manually (by editing files). It didn't help:
sysroots/i686-linux/usr/sh4/lib/gcc/sh4-oe-linux/4.2.4/include-fixed
still isn't created. Any ideas?

Cheers,
Paul
