[Openembedded-users] Is it possible to prepare DSP SDKs?

Hello,

Does OE support creating DSP toolchains for TI processors? I'm asking because 
I see there is "task-arago-toolchain-dvsdk-host" recipe but some other recipes 
are missing like "ti-codec-engine-sdk".

Is there a way to prepare DSP SDKs or should extract all needed bits by hand?

P.S. I found missing recipes in at http://arago-project.org but I wonder why 
they are not in OE tree.
