[Openembedded-users] How to start my application when powered up?

Hi all,

I have an application based on qt. I am using Angstrom distribution. I
have doubts in deploying it:

1. Here, my requirement is my application alone should run. That is,
my application should launched when powered up. There should not wait
for login
some suggested launch from init scripts (rc5.d) other suggests do from
/etc/profile file. Which is best way to this?

2. Here in my application, I have store some files in USB pendrives on
user request. How to find the mount location from my application. And
there is only one pendrive can be in my system.
