I'm an Open Embedded newbee and decided to get my feet wet by attempting a build for the gumstix platform.<br><br>I started out with the gumstix.conf machine type in the distro, and used generic-uclibc.conf as the distro.

<br><br>I reviewed the documentation and added the following to my machine gumstix.conf:<br><br>KERNEL_IMAGETYPE = "uImage"<br><br>Then I did a "rm -rf tmp" and "bitbake task-boot" Still no joy :-( Same error.
