Dear TSC,

I could hardly resist to send the email below to the mailing list, but
as it probably would only escalate things I would rather have the TSC
to handle this.
This is not the first time Koen has shown disrespect for our policies
and guidelines, and it starts to irritate me, especially as he is has
the nasty habit of bashing people if they do something wrong in his
eyes.
Appreciate your views on this policy breach. (or does this mean anyone
can neglect our policy, guess that is not desirable)

Frans

Revert "gcc: trade QA errors for broken runtime dependencies"
This isn't needed anymore now the proper fix is in This reverts commit
241b8865f20b9e3c3beb334535e6cd8452cbf47d.

We have a clear commit policy:
http://wiki.openembedded.net/index.php/Commit_Policy

Among others this specifies:

 * Changes to core toolchain components need review (gcc, binutils,
   libtool, pkgconfig, automake, autoconf etc.)

I would have expected some more respect for our policy from someone
who complains to the TSC if he feels others have not follwed the
rules.

Apart from that I feel a PR bump is needed.

Frans.
