TSC Elections

The TSC has been asked how to handle the election of its new members.
The TSC is proposing that:

Stefan stands down at the first election as he has other commitments
right at this time and the timing of a break suits him. He may stand for
election in a subsequent election.

Richard is also volunteering to stand down at the first election but
will stand for re-election.

The seats will then be elected in the order originally described (Khem
Koen Mark Tom).

This should resolve the fact that we have six people on the TSC and need
to reduce this to five somehow.

We'd like to see elections timed so that one happens per month allowing
some TSC continuity between TSCs but also some period of the year where
membership is more stable.

We await the board to initiate the election process.
