New project mailing lists

At OEDEM we talked about creating a list:

openemebdded-architecture - Discussions about overall OpenEmbedded
Architecture and status

Any objections to the name and description? I'd like to ask Michael to
set this up.

Also, in the spring at OEDAM we talked about a security list. I think we
should ask that list be created under the yp domain as security will
involve developing tools that do not cleanly fall into the build system
space (Tools to validate your build system). I sent Sona an email to see
if the list was created, my impression is there have been discussions,
but no list. This came up when some people had a security discussion and
I suggested they join this group.

I propose:

Yocto-security - Discussions about tools and techniques to improve
embedded system security.

Any objections?
