TSC Topic List

[Joshua Watt]

All,

Since we are meeting irregularly, I think it would probably be useful to
have somewhere where we can list topics that we want to discuss so that
we can determine if a meeting is necessary. I was thinking a Google doc,
but I know not every likes using them and I'm open to other ideas (OE
Wiki?).

The other question would be if it is open for anyone to edit or just TSC
members.

Thanks,

Joshua Watt
