docs patch queue

[akuster808]

Hello all,

Patch queue is split 50/50 between OE and YP so both TSC's are being copied.

The Yocto Project Documentation workflow is changing and now that we
have a docs mailing list, it seems appropriate to add a docs patch queue.
I plan on adding this project to the patch queue.

Please send any objections by Friday. I anticipate more patches in the
coming weeks.

Kind regards,
Armin
