Milestone tags on OE-core/bitbake repositories

Ah, OK. I think I misinterpreted that interchange. I though RP was 
saying that bare "2.8_M1" tags (without the "yocto-" prefix) shouldn't 
be put in OE-core, but a tag like "yocto-2.8_M1" was fine.

I'm fine with adding the milestone tags (provided they are appropriately 
prefixed like the regular version tags).

I'll add it to the agenda for the next TSC meeting in case we don't come 
to a consensus over e-mail first.
