Second version of the patch adding support for the Samsung Omnia (SGH-i900).

Machine config and kernel recipe have been cleaned up with the help Stefan
Schmidt, Koen Kooi and other people. I have also added some machine-specific
configuration for tslib and pointercal.

I have tested this under Opie, GPE and a few other environments. Support isn't
perfect yet, and some issues remain with tslib under X.org, but those will be
fixed in time. It otherwise works pretty nicely. Once the kernel is reasonably
stable, I'll move to vanilla + local patch instead of git to ensure that the
recipe is future-proof.

If the form of the git patch I made is wrong, tell me and I'll resubmit it
according to your specifications.
