[OE-core] Using IMAGE_INSTALL_remove and PNBLACKLIST

Right, but I am simply and quickly trying to replicate TI provided SDK
image.
So RDEPENDS does not get handled by IMAGE_INSTALL_remove / PNBLACKLIST
combo, correct?
