[OE-core] [PATCH 0/4] resulttool/manualexecution: Enhancement and fixes

 - Enhance input check to standardize checking
 - Enhancement to display full steps without press enter 
 - Fix test steps display order
 - Refactor to simplify code and align to pythonic style
