[oe] Looking for Familiar/iPAQ local.conf example

Guys,

I think the time has come to either remove familiar DISTRO
configuration or to substitute it with one that's known compatible.

Please don't come with any political reasons for objecting against
either of these options, I'm tired of them. This is a technical issue
and a support issue and I want this to be sorted out NOW.

So a) or b) ?
