[oe] [ANN] BitBake 1.6.6 released

Hey,

after the packaging issue with BitBake 1.6.4. I have updated the  
MANIFEST file and now at least all .py files should be inside the  
package. I have updated the MANIFEST of bitbake trunk as well. So  
things should keep working.

Sorry for the packaging issue and have fun using BitBake 1.6.6
