[oe] fuse package broken?

But not in the 2.4 kernels which I targetted when adding fuse. However, every machine I
have seems to support a recent 2.6 kernel nowadays, so I could care less about 2.4. I
think the standalone module can be removed, unless some volunteer steps up to maintain it
for the 2.4 machines.
