[oe] OE and AVR32 support

Hi

About a month ago I tried to compile OE for AVR32 target.Compile failed 
while building ulibc. Koen told me that currently support for AVR32 is 
not working.

Today, I updated my OE environment and tried again. AVR32 still seems 
not to work.

What are the problems with AVR32? When can I expect support for AVR32? 
What can I do to help you getting support for AVR32?
