[oe] OE and AVR32 support

All i can say at this stage is : soon :)

Koen,  and I  (and a a couple more inhouse devs ) have been working on avr32
support, but there were some issues,
which we hope that will be solved soon.
BTW, Atmel has been very supportive for the avr32/OE work (and arm9/OE)
