[oe] distro outside from packages

What do you think about a seperate directory for distro's ?

stuff like angstrom and openmoko task's
could be placed there.

it would be a pleasure to setup some very small
images without info-overhead => 2MB

task-base and meta package stuff could be placed
into a base or oe folder inside distro.

released compiler suites in binary form
could we a big advantage.

debian packages with compiler suites and u-boot mkimage
would be one of my favorites.
