[oe] OpenEmbedded entity and some clarification

Read the statutes, we can do whatever is in compliance with them. If target 
devices help OE, then yes. We the board and membership will have to set up 
rules and such...
The e.V. and the board have to justify the spending, our justification are the 
statutes.

For supporting, read the statutes. We have adopted the KDE notion of patron, 
supporter, etc. We have to define policies about what they get in return and 
we have to talk about how much money we want for it...

The plan is: We get registered at court, get everyone in OE to become a 
member, talk about policies. I think the becoming a member part is 
interesting because I do not want to start talking about these things when 
people like you or RP are not members yet....

Mickeyl, Florian, Rober and me have to sort out the legal details with the 
registration and then we can continue talking about these things.
