[oe] Angstrom stable bugs fixed in .dev

Hi,

can the Angstrom folks please go through their autobuilder bugs against
2007.12 which are apparently fixed in .dev?  I have gone through quite a
few of them and either verified or rejected the compile failure in .dev.
 http://tinyurl.com/5th9yj and the blockers I added for your meta-bugs
should give you a good start.  Please also make liberal use of bug 3388.
