[oe] qt4-x11-free: build fails, "expansion of do_configure threw <type 'exceptions.AssertionError'>"

Please see attached log file.

My qt4-x11-free build is failting with:
/home/oe/build-2010-07-29/tmp/work/i686-angstrom-linux/qt4-x11-free-4.6.2-r18.2/temp/run.do_configure.26049: 
line 1046: do_configure: command not found

Due to the run.do_configure file creation failing, and do_configure not 
being expanded correctly.
