[oe] [ANNOUNCE] Next patchwork weekend december 17. - 19.

Hello.

As already written in the other patchwork thread I would like to hold another
patchwork weekend.

It should cover the old as well as the new installation of patchwork. A few
notes for people that want to help reviewers as well as folks who want to get
their patches in:

o Make sure you have an account on both patchwork installations
o If you have a patch that is not listed please resend it. Likely it was falling
  through the cracks.
o Mark duplicates when you find them. Also have a look for problems that have
  been fixed differently. We need to sort out the older patches as well.
o Hang out on IRC to coordinate during the weekend
