[oe] meta-toolchain fails in do_populate_sdk

Hi,

* check_data_file_clashes: Package gdb-cross-sdk wants to install file
.../build/tmp/work/armv5te-oe-linux-gnueabi/meta-toolchain-1.0-r0/sdk/image/usr/local/minimal/arm/share/info/dir
But that file is already provided by package  * binutils-cross-sdk
