[oe] minimal-uclibc: perl_5.8.8: fails with `ld: cannot find -lnsl`

Yeah, thanks. So it really all boils down to perl.h test failing in libprelude 
with "field '_crypt_struct' has incomplete type".

And guess what, it builds just fine with perl 5.10.1, so no, I'm not digging 
into 5.8.8 problems.
