[oe] request for branch in OpenEmbedded Git repository

Just a reminder, if the Git administrators either denies the branch, or
takes some time to set it up.

There is a oe-clone at github
(https://github.com/openembedded/openembedded.git); so a backup-plan
could be to fork the repo there. (Similar clones are available for e.g.
oe-core and meta-oe).
