[oe] Mirror at GitHub

Hello,

I got in touch with GitHub people asking about in a way to setup a
mirror for OpenEmbedded (core, meta and bitbake) thus allowing for
easying forking and sharing of work.

Is someone against it?

Basically it is just a matter of someone of OE's staff setup the
organization account and I can ask for the mirrors to be setup by
guthub's staff.

This will make my life easier and probably others too.
