[oe] Interest in an 2011.06/07 release?

I'm happy with the 2011.03 maintenance branch and have no need for a
2011.06 release.
It would make more sense to come up with some metrics for oe-core +
meta-oe to decide when .dev can be made RO. And related to that, come up
with a process on how other layers (meta-oe, meta-ti, etc) tie into an
oe-core release.
