[oe] openembedded GA information

Hi all - this is for those members who will be present at the General
Assembly tomorrow, Oct 28, in Prague.

The GA will be in the Clarion Congress Hotel's Quadrant room starting at
6pm. Sandwiches, beer, and soft drinks will be provided. Please make sure to
bring your signed proxy forms.
