[oe] Question about multiple recipe versions for the same package

Put DEFAULT_PREFERENCE = "-1" in foo_git.bb to prefer foo_1.0 even when git
recipe has higher PV.

Use PREFERRED_VERSION_foo = "1.0+git%" to select foo_git.bb.
