I set the URL for this so figured I should test this quickly: I can
manually clone that with "hg clone https://vim.googlecode.com/hg" and
"hg clone https://vim.googlecode.com/hg/vim", both work and are
equivalent so it's likely not a problem with the URL or Google Code
being down.

I'm getting the certificate warning running mercurial on my desktop
system (Arch Linux).
