[oe] [meta-java][PATCH] openjdk-8-common: Fix warning evaluating CFLAGS

Code is (on my opinion) simpler, making use of the dumpversion flag, instead of calling the pre-processor via a pipe.
Flag has been tested on both clang gcc:
