[oe] busybox: udhcpd: fix not dying on SIGTERM -sumo 2.5.3 rebased

Hi

I rebased https://patchwork.openembedded.org/patch/152701/ sent by Rasmus Villemoes rv at rasmusvillemoes.dk<mailto:rv at rasmusvillemoes.dk> so that it can be applied on Sumo 2.5.3

The patch solves issue with busybox 1.27.2 udhcpd not dying when system sedns SIGTERM to it.

Tested ok on target.
