[oe] Python3 in sumo+thud does not package sha1 support in crypt

Patch submitted. Tested for sumo to remove crypt related .so from python3-misc

BTW. If I want to override the python3-manifest.json part of the python3 recipe; how can I do that?

I attempted to add a custom python3-manifest.json in my custom layer that has higher prop than poky. I observe that my json is installed to the $WORKSPACE, but package splitting is still done using the .json from poky meta layer...

/Regards Sander
