i found in the logs:

NOTE:   /usr/lib/libgnutlsxx.so.13
NOTE:   /usr/lib/libgnutlsxx.so.13.2.1
NOTE: gnutls-dev contains dangling symlink to /usr/lib/libgnutlsxx.so.13.2.1

Perhaps the problems was already there and I didn't notice it...
