Under "Light and Power Settings", the entered parameters are not being used
according to their listed function.  Issue affects both battery and AC
settings.

Example:  Set 'dim' to 10, 'off' to 20, and 'suspend' to 30 seconds.  The
results seen are that the screen will dim after 10 seconds, but does not turn
off until 30 seconds, and the zaurus will never go into suspend.  Note also
that checking the "Deactivate LCD only" box has no effect.

Issue is seen on an SL5500 with OZ 3.5.4.  Unit has been re-flashed with same
results.  Issue was also confirmed by one other user on the OESF forums
(http://www.oesf.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=21740).
