I'm wondering why we have uboot and uboot utils. I think the -utils package
exists to install mkimage?

I'd like to remove the utils package and generate the utils as part of the
u-boot bb files.. Also we should fixing the naming to be more consistent.

Sorry to hijack the bug report, but I am planning to send an email to the list
to discuss these issues when I have a little free time.
