please type kbd_mode -h to get usage. Correct usage should be kbd_mode -r
[RATE] -d [DELAY] or kbd_mode --rate=[RATE] --delay=[DELAY].

Changing RATE to 60 (default 33) and Delay to 300 (default 250) gives me
optimal performance. Although I am testing in Angstrom (01Apr07 test image), I
believe it's not too different from the latest OZ.
