busybox-1.2's syslogd supports logging to a file with size limitation and
rotation (and rotated copies count limitation). If we'd log to standard
/var/log/messages, that would go to tmpfs on a typical embedded system, and
with features above would be equivalent to the default circular buffer logging,
but much more friendly to folks not familiar with embedded peculiarities.

Attached patch implements this, based on RFC in ML:
