Because 'chrpath' tool does not work for architectures other than the host
architecture, the munge_bogus_rpaths will not work in the general sense.

Thus, the munge_bogus_rpaths patch only works if host == target in the sense of
endianess, word size and a few other ELF variables.

Furthermore, I suggest to:
- not work towards workarounds (such as chrpath).
- report any bad RPATHs in one bug report per package and explicitly mention
RPATH in the subject.
- solve those bad RPATH packages.
- keep this bug open until we are clear of bad rpaths.
