When mk-layout-manager is started it shows 0 user layouts in the left pane, if
it is closed immediately, it forces matchbox-keyboard is such state when it
doesn't pop up. Selecting 1 or more user layouts afterwards fix this. So,
mk-layout-manager should either disallow 0 user layouts (show default on
initial start, then validate), or cleanup its files/dirs in case of 0 layouts
selected (which will make matchbox-keyboard use default on its own).
