My comments:

line 1: suggest to press as soon as possible during countdown

line 11: first input ignored
line 12: pressed 5 second time

line 17: "Boot from NFS" echoed out: typo ?

line 22: /etc/altboot.last is not yet created

I could reach the altboot-console only from the x11 image with altboot added
afterward.
In thi scase the console message was:

line 22: /bin/sh: cant't access tty: job control turned off
