The current hostap_cs.conf has 

card "Buffalo WLI-CF-S11G"
   version "BUFFALO", "WLI-CF-S11G"
#  manfid 0x026f, 0x030b
   bind "hostap_cs"

which is close but not the same.  Does your card work with just that or do you
need the lines that you posted?
