NOTE: package glibc-2.3.5+cvs20050627-r3: task do_package: failed

http://bugs.donarmstrong.com/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=348804 says that this is
fixed in glibc 2.3.6.

I suggest adding te_IN to GLIBC_BROKEN_LOCALES as that allows glibc to build.
