Release: OZ/Opie 3.5.4-rc2

The internal keyboard on the Tosa allowed for Caps-Lock and Num-Lock in stock
Sharp Rom via Fn + Tab for Caps, and Fn + /? for Num.  Can these keys be
mapped?

Also: I read (on the Wiki, I believe) that key repeat had been slowed down. 
It's still a bit fast for my taste, especially when sleepy. :)  Maybe about
another 10% slowdown?
