Investigating problem with linking against libparted of parted 1.8.7 (the
problem is infamous unresolved reference to rpl_malloc, etc.), I found that its
autoconf files require autoconf 2.61 and friends. And older autoconf and
friends refuse to reconf it to them, as 2.61 is specified as the minimal
required version. And per #2633, 2.61, even if used, doesn't handle site files
properly. The end result of this is the described link issue, and the fact that
parted 1.8.7 cannot be used with OE.

It's just one app caught, but we can expect there're more such in OE already,
and more will be release very soon.
